Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Promise to You

We work hard to process and ship your order quickly. If your purchase is completed by 2:00 p.m. CST on a regular business day, we’ll make every effort to ship it within five (5) business days. Standard orders are typically shipped within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

Please note that Cyberforgex does not ship to PO boxes (with the exception of military addresses) and we do not offer will-call pickup options. If your order needs to be shipped to a military address, please contact us for a custom invoice.

International Shipping

Yes—we currently ship internationally to Canada, the EU, the UK, and Norway.

How We Ship

All orders are shipped via FedEx parcel service.

Additional Information

  • Cyberforgex reserves the right to place any order on hold for quality or security review. If this happens, we’ll notify you within two (2) business days.
  • Standard ground shipping does not include parts, components, upgrades, or other services unless otherwise specified. Oversized items may incur additional shipping surcharges, which will be shown at checkout.
  • Shipping tax is charged on orders to Washington state. We also collect GST/HST (Canada) and other applicable import fees at checkout for the convenience of our international customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is reported as “lost” or “stolen,” the courier must complete a trace. Cyberforgex cannot send a replacement until we receive verification from the courier that the package is officially lost or stolen. Without this confirmation, it’s impossible to prevent duplicate shipments.

All packages require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying to have it reshipped. Cyberforgex is authorized to charge the payment method on file for any shipping-related fees.

Cancellations and Returns

Once a package has been marked as “shipped,” the order may no longer be canceled. The shipment must reach its destination before it can be returned for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and depending on the circumstances, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

For international shipments, refunds will not be issued if a customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. If a package is abandoned at customs due to unpaid fees, Cyberforgex is not responsible and no refund or replacement will be provided.
