These CyberForgeX Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of products or services made through our online store. No contract exists until we accept your order.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Additional costs (shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees) are your responsibility.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and decline bulk or high-value orders.

Software

All software (including pre-loaded software) is governed by its end-user license agreement.

CyberForgeX will not be liable for any damages beyond the amount you paid for the product most related to your claim.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, venue in Travis County, Texas. Class actions are not permitted.

Force Majeure

CyberForgeX is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Sale are the complete agreement between you and CyberForgeX and supersede prior agreements.
